Swim Piggy

I needed a birthday card, so I reached for Swim Piggy digital stamp from Gerda Steiner Designs.

For the background I played with watercolors and a straw to create splashes. The piggy is colored with Copic, Stabilo markers and colored pencils. Sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp's Big Birthday Wishes stamp set.

Monster banners

The next Task for Two Tuesday's challenge: use any kind of banner. Ok, what about monster banners?:-)

For the banners I used a stencil set from Tchibo and colored them with Stabilo pens + white gel pen. Then I added some googly eyes and a black stripe. For the sentiment I created a "travel tag", it's easy to switch it for another one if needed:-)

Mermaid

I printed the image on a kraft paper and colored it with Stabilo pens, added some details and outlines with white gel pen. Then I drew the border of bubbles and backed it up with design paper.

Hugs and kisses

This card is for Task for Two Tuesday's challenge. I picked this cute little bear from BBB (Birkas Bären-Bande), it's a free digital stamp.

I printed the bear on kraft paper, traced it with white gel pen and fussy cut it. Later I drew the heart on the same paper, colored it with red glitter gel pen, added a white gel pen border and fussy cut it, too. I splattered some white acrylic paint on a black paper - it was everywhere:-) - and created a background for my card. Glossy accents were added on the heart and on the nose.

This little bear sends hugs and kisses and watches over you while you're sleeping:-)

CASology: Row

I decided to try making a CAS card (Clean And Simple design) for CASology's challenge. The cue word for week 204 was: Row.

The stamped image is from Your Next Stamp's Silly Monsters, colored with Stabilo pens. Sentiment is my handwriting with white gel pen.

Picnic Penguin

Drifting on an iceberg and making sure he will get to your picnic in time:-). This penguin is a digital stamp from Gerda Steiner Designs.

I colored him with pencils and glitter gel pens, drew the iceberg and fussy cut the whole image. Kraft paper is used as a background.

Ice Cream Monster

Yes, it exists! I picked one of the ice cream from From the Heart Stamps's Ice Cream Lineup (free stamp of the month June) and there it was!

Colored with pencils, I added googly eyes, little dots (Glossy Accents + glitter gel pens), stripe of design paper (Folia, Origami design paper) and drew a few lines with green glitter gel pen.
